Upon arriving at the villa, I was greeted with a spacious and clean environment, providing a peaceful escape from the city. The villa itself was impressive, with a separate kitchen, private pool, and a large living room. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. I experienced a minor setback with the amenities, as they didn't provide slippers or other mentioned items, but overall, the villa had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel reception went above and beyond to assist me during my illness, providing me with fruits, ginger tea, and porridge. They even arranged transportation to the pharmacy and hospital, ensuring I received the necessary care promptly. I greatly appreciated their support during this challenging time.
Despite the positive aspects of my stay, there were a few drawbacks. The hotel menu stated that room service was available until 23:00, but when I attempted to order at 22:20, I was informed that the kitchen was closed.

Was not sure what to expect upon arriving to Denpasar Bali but I can happily say that the stay was an unforgettable experience. The location was far away from the City, we took a taxi from the Retreat and our flight was about an hr late but we was greeted with a smile and our bags swiftly collected by the driver. The journey from the airport was about 25-30minutes away and the transportation was comfortable towels and mineral water was provided. To cut a long review short, the staff where fantastic each and everytime we was greated by a smile and any issues with our Villa they had someone over in a instant and it was resolved ASAP. Our Villa was incredibly spacious LCD tvs both in the living room area and bedroom, four post bed in living room if I am not mistaken a king size bed facing the pool and lovely his and hers bathroom with marble bathtub, rainmaker shower. Transportation to and from Nusa Dua provided and Pandawa Beach about 5minutes away previously known as the Secret beach (highly recommended) food and drinks very cheap and stunning isolated beach. You can choose to walk to the lobby or you can arrange for butler to come pick you up. Breakfast was included and Afternoon Tea. Overall a fantastic experience, looking forward to coming back again when the 3 bedroom villas are completed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a breathtaking view of my own private pool, which I could even see from the comfort of my bedroom. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making me feel instantly relaxed and at ease. Located in a beautiful area, the hotel offered a tranquil escape from the bustle of the city. the attention to detail in the design and layout of the spaces truly impressed me. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was its outstanding staff. the team was always ready and willing to assist with any need or request, providing an unparalleled level of service. Their helpfulness and genuine care for every guest truly made my stay memorable. my experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the private pool and stunning views to the clean and beautifully designed spaces, every aspect of my stay was delightful. Most importantly, the exceptional staff elevated my experience and ensured that I felt valued and well-taken care of. I wholeheartedly give this hotel the top score it deserves.
Nothing negative to say. 😊.

The value for my money was outstanding, and the room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The location was convenient, close to the beach and attractions. The staff treated me with great kindness and were always helpful and quick to respond to my needs.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

As a traveler seeking tranquility and comfort, my stay at Nunamkhalu Private Villa exceeded all expectations. The spacious private villa provided utmost privacy, accompanied by a stunning view and stylish decor. The helpful staff and various amenities added to the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to utilize the common pool and massage room even after checkout. The food at the on-site restaurant was divine, offering a wide range of breakfast options with the convenience of room service or a floating tray.

The villas were large and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly although their English could be improved as they often struggled to understand our requests. They provide a complimentary transfer to Bali Collection which is around 25 minutes away and has some shops and restaurants. The vehicles used are very comfortable and luxurious. The roof top terrace was very nice to relax on during the day with 2 sun beds and a large day bed. There was also a nice breeze and the weather was lovely, not 1 day of rain in 10 days. We also did an excursion with baliecocycling.com. They come and collect you from your hotel around 6.30am and drop you back around 6pm. You go into Ubud up to the mountains and have breakfast overlooking the mountain and lake. You then do the bike tour which is 95% down hill and see the rice fields and traditional balinese villages which was an amazing experience. Definitely recommended if you are going to Bali!
Design wise the villas look exactly like the photos, however when you take a closer look the finishes are really poor. We had an issue with our shower leaking which went on throughout our stay as they tried to fix it but ultimately the drainage system could not cope with the amount of water. There were gaps in the windows and doors where they did not close fully, there were parts of the flooring that were lifting at the edges. Although there was a kitchen in the villa, there were no utensils at all, so when we bought some fruit we soon realised there were no knives or plates to eat it! The main downside of the resort is the location. You cannot walk anywhere. The nearest beach is around 10 minutes away but there is hardly anything there and the sand is too course to walk on with no shoes, so not a sunbathing beach. You can go to the beach in Nusa Dua which is next to Bali Collection which is much nicer. However, as you are not staying at any of the beach side hotels you cannot use any sun beds so we ended up just walking along the beach.

The hotel itself is really nice. Villa was huge, staff extreamly nice (a bit unexperienced though). Perfect place if you are looking for very quiet and romantic atmosphere
Disadvantages: location (villa is really remote) - you simply can't walk anywhere from villa (always have to take shutle). Prices (restaurant and spa) in the hotel are too high even for 5 star hotel. The hotel doesn't have his own beach, which means if you go to the ocean you will have to lay on the sand or pay extra. Be carefull with exchange rates as well - we booked a villa in USD, but the charge was in local currency which ended up with higher room rate.

Both reg and deluxe villas were amazing! Service was great, food was delicious and overall resort was beautiful.
Location. It was too far from everything, and the surrounding area was not nice. Also, even though we were told it was almost fully booked, the villas seemed like a ghost town which was not very enjoyable considering 100 ppl were working and you were the only ones enjoying the great facilities.
